Bill Graham/SFX Special Events is the fastest growing division of Bill Graham Presents, providing complete event production, design, coordination, and talent contacts gained over the years to Fortune 500 companies, associations, and private individuals. BGSE produces all event aspects including talent booking, venue selection, catering, security, design, decor, production, complete event management, and more for celebrations from 200 guests to over 15,000 attendees.
Our clients include Sun Microsystems, Tandem Companies, and Applied Materials, Cisco Systems, Levis, Ask.com to entertainment giants like 20th Century Fox. Events have included both domestic and international backdrops with the talents of Bob Dylan, The Wallflowers, Stevie Wonder, Elvis Costello and more.
Bill Graham Special Events offers complete event production for the corporate and private sectors. Our services span from concept and design to facility management, talent booking, technical production, theme design and graphic design.
Although we operate five venues, to include the Shoreline Amphitheatre, Chronicle Pavilion, Sacramento Valley Amphitheatre, Fillmore and Warfield theatres, we produce many of our events at various locations throughout the country. We produce events from small banquets for 200 to block parties for 15,000. We have great relationships with talent agents and managers all over the country so if you just need a good band we can help you there too.
