A friend who used to play with a band called the Blind Lemons told me that he used to open up for Willy at the club De Wash in Madison, Wisconsin. He said, " Sometimes he or his percussionist Otis sat in with us, and sometimes we sat in with him. He's a great guy and a kickin' guitarist."
